What is it
“The Beany books team will take away all the hassle of managing your business finances day-to-day. They’ll prepare invoices, enter creditors, process payroll, reconcile your Xero bank account and prepare reports for you”
- Preparing of quotes and invoices for clients, sending those to clients and following up for payment where required. Preparing credit notes as required
- Entering in creditor invoices. Preparation of batch payments for upload to your internet banking for payment.
- Reconciling your Xero bank accounts
- Reconciling your balance sheet
- Posting monthly journals
- Preparing standard monthly reports from Xero as required
- Entering and preparing payroll, preparation and filing of IRD returns, preparation of bank files for payment, preparation and distribution of payslips to employees
What do you need
- To be on Xero
What we won’t do
- Immediate live phone bookkeeping support - clients need to be happy with a 24 hour turnaround on any requests due to offshore team
- Additional technical accounting services - like a standard Beany package anything that is requiring an accountant over and above 15 minute queries is an additional service
- No access to your bank account - we will prepare files for you to upload and process at the bank but we will have no bank account access to make payments
