- Form ($145/month): For businesses with up to $250k turnover. Financial Statements, Income tax returns for up to 2 shareholders are included. Each additional shareholder costs $10 per month.
- Flow ($185/month): For businesses with $250k to $750k turnover. Financial Statements, Income tax returns for up to 2 shareholders are included. Each additional shareholder costs $10 per month.
- Flex ($225/month): For businesses with $750k to $2m turnover. Financial Statements, Income tax returns for up to 2 shareholders are included. Each additional shareholder costs $10 per month.
- For businesses with over $2 million in turnover, please get in touch for custom pricing.
- Beany Monthly (Tiny) ($40/month): Tax returns for basic, non-trading entities. Available for clients with one entity on a form package or above.
- Property Monthly ($89/month): For rental properties or small family trusts, up to 2 properties are included. Each additional property costs $10 per month. This is available for clients with one entity on a form package or above.
- Small Business Monthly ($110/month): For non-GST registered entities. Available for clients with one entity on a form package or above.
All accounting packages require a 12-month commitment, with the annual fee divided into 12 equal monthly payments, covering financial statements and tax returns.

- Prepare GST ($57.50/month): GST preparation and filing in Xero.
- AIM Returns ($130/month): Preparation and filing of AIM Returns. Available to clients on Prepare GST add-on.

- Xero Training ($125 one-off): Comprehensive training on Xero for all skill levels, covering account management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Xero Setup ($250 one-off): Assistance with setting up Xero, including account creation and bankfeed setup.
- Xero setup & training no invoicing ($250 one-off): Setup and training excluding invoicing features, ideal for simplified accounting.
- Xero setup & training ($350 one-off): Complete setup and training on all Xero features, including invoicing.
- Xero Consultancy ($125/hour): Expert advice on optimising or tidying up your Xero file for your business needs.
- Audit Support (starting from $325/hour): Professional guidance and support during audits to ensure smooth processes.
- Accounting support (starting from $325/hour): Additional accounting services can include: budget preparation & input in Xero, cash flow forecasting, business valuation, management accounts, and financial due diligence.
- Dividend preparation ($215 one-off) involves the process of distributing dividends to shareholders.
Bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliation ($99/month): Reconciliation for Form clients, up to $250k turnover.
- Bank Reconciliation Large ($130/month): Reconciliation for Flow clients, $250k to $750k turnover.
- Bookkeeping Hours ($75/month): Pay-per-hour bookkeeping service.
Company
- Set up a company ($250 one-off): Comprehensive setup assistance for new companies.
- Cessation (from $250 one-off): Complete service for winding down a business, including final annual returns.
