Accounting packages
Main packages
- Economy($195/month): For businesses with a turnover up to $1mil. Annual financial statements, income tax returns for 1 entity and 2 personal returns.
- Premium ($329/month): For businesses with a turnover of up to $1mil. Everything in economy, plus GST returns, quarterly management reports & accountant meetings, and annual dividend preparation (if required).
- Business (from $559/month): Everything in economy plus GST returns, monthly management reports & accountant meetings, annual budget, annual 4-way forecast, annual dividend preparation, FBT returns, and AIM returns (if required).
Secondary packages
(Only available for clients with an Economy, Premium or Business package).
- Beany Tiny ($42.50/month): Tax returns for basic, non-trading entities.
- Property Monthly ($94/month): For rental properties, up to 2 properties are included. (Each additional property costs $20 per month).
- Small Business Monthly ($117.50/month): For non-GST registered entities or small family trusts.
Recurring Extras
- Extra shareholder tax returns ($15/month): for extra personal tax returns beyond the 2 included in an accounting package
- Extra properties ($20/month): for any additional rental properties beyond the 2 included in the property package
- Managed crypto ($30/month): tax return add-on for those who own crypto
- FIF income ($15/month): tax return add-on for those with Foreign Investment Fund income
- Livestock ($40/month): tax return add-on for farming businesses with livestock
All accounting packages and recurring extras require a 12-month commitment, as it's our annual fee divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

- GST Returns ($57.50/month): preparation and filing of GST
- AIM Returns ($145/month): Preparation and filing of GST and AIM Returns.
- FBT returns ($65/month): Preparation and filing of FBT
Bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliation (from $99/month): we reconcile your accounts twice a month
- Bookkeeping Hours (from $75/month): pay-per-hour bookkeeping and/or payroll service
Other accounting
- Dividend preparation ($237.50 one-off) involves the process of distributing dividends to shareholders.
- Monthly management accounts ($from 350/month): get a snapshot of your business's performance every month alongside expert insight from your accountant.
Additional Accounting Support
- Audit Support (starting from $340/hour): Professional guidance and support during audits to ensure a smooth process.
- Accounting support (starting from $340/hour): Additional accounting or consultancy work. Examples include business valuations, financial due diligence, and cashflow forecasting.
Xero Services
- Xero Training ($125 one-off): Comprehensive training on Xero for all skill levels, covering account management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Xero Setup ($250 one-off): Assistance with setting up Xero, including account creation and bank feed setup.
- Xero setup & training no invoicing ($250 one-off): Setup and training excluding invoicing features, ideal for simplified accounting.
- Xero setup & training ($350 one-off): Complete setup and training on all Xero features, including invoicing.
- Xero Consultancy ($125/hour): Expert advice on optimising or tidying up your Xero file
Company
- Company set-up ($250 one-off): Comprehensive setup assistance for new companies.
- Cessation (from $265 one-off): Complete service for winding down a business, including final annual returns.

Shareholder changes ($55 one-off): From share transfers to new issues, we ensure your company's ownership structure is accurately reflected on the register at Companies Office.
