From 1st April 2026, some of our prices will be changing.
Your current pricing will remain unchanged until your package renewal date. For example, if you have paid for six out of twelve monthly instalments, your current rate will remain the same for the last six instalments before the new price takes effect.

Fees for Bank Reconciliation, Prepare GST, and any other services billed monthly are staying at their current pricing.
How do I find out when my package renews?
To access your renewal date, follow these steps:
- Log into your Beany account and click the "Billing" tab in the sidebar.
- This will display all the entities and personal records associated with your Beany account.
Select the card with the name of your business, and you will be directed to a page that shows the package and billing details. The renewal month is outlined under any package that has a 12-month commitment. If you have multiple entities, they might have different dates depending on whether they were onboarded with us all at once or at different times.
