Once you've given us all the key information we need and completed your ID checks, we'll send emails to anyone else that needs to be authenticated. They'll need to click the link in the email to access their own personal ID check, and IRD authority (if applicable).
Meanwhile, we will be working in the background to get connected to your records at Inland Revenue, and the Companies Office (if needed). If you are moving from another accountant, we'll be touching base with them to get your old records and pick up your Xero file if they were managing the subscription.
Once we can see your IRD records and your Xero file, we'll be back in touch to introduce you to your Beany Accountant so you can make a time to chat and talk about your business goals.
It can take up to a couple of weeks to complete all of our legal obligations. In the meantime, you can chat to our Support team at support@beany.com, if there is anything we can help you with before you're fully onboard. And if you're waiting on third party authorities or ID checks, it might pay to remind those people to action these.
