They don't usually come from your accountant directly though. Instead, they will be sent from messaging-service@post.xero.com with the subject Annual Accounts Queries so please look out for that - it might be in your spam folder.
We keep electronic records at each stage of preparing your financial statements. If you're not sure of anything, please get in touch with Support. They can see the status and provide you with dates if needed.
