Beany has a pipeline of producing accounts so we always know exactly where your accounts are.
Before sending out your financial statements, we have up to 13 internal steps to go through. This makes sure we claim everything we can, that everything is correct and that we've thought about every way to save you tax and run your business better. Your accounts are reviewed a total of 4 times before you get to see them - that's how seriously we take our job, on your behalf.
However, sometimes you may be wondering 'where are my accounts?'. We give an abbreviated update on your Beany page:
After you've pressed Send to Your Accountant, this message will come up:
We're likely to have additional questions
Once we've processed the information you've submitted via the questionnaire, we'll probably have follow-up questions - these are to make sure we understand the nature of the transaction and determine deductibility for tax purposes.
We've finished, you need to do the final review and press Approve.
Your annual accounts are now awaiting your approval and will be filed with the Inland Revenue Department once you have reviewed and signed off on them. Please review these documents carefully; if you have any questions, you can book a meeting with your accountant, reply to your group conversation on the Beany dashboard, or get in touch with our Support team via the Help button at the bottom-right of your screen. Once you are satisfied, please tick the box to confirm you understand your accounts and click the 'Approve accounts - please file with the Inland Revenue Department' button to complete the process.
