How do I invite Beany New Zealand to my MYOB Essentials account?

1. Log onto your MYOB Essentials File
2. Select the drop-down menu next to your company name
3. Select Users
4. Select the invite user option
5. Enter first name: Beany
6. Enter last name: Com
7. Select privilege: Administrator
8. Enter email: beany01@beany.com
9. Click Send invitation

You cannot invite us in as a 'partner' as Beany is not an MYOB Partner, but by inviting us as an admin user, this allows us to access the data we need for your accounts.

If you don't have the option to invite users, this just means that someone else (probably your old accountant) has the master access to your file. We'll ask for this information when we get in touch to explain we're taking over.
